Article Featuring Embroidered Skirt

On page 24 of the March 2011 Australian Stitches magazine (Vol 19 No 5) there is an article that includes a skirt that I embroidered with the Janome MC11000SE.

I used two of the large designs for the square hoop that are built in to the MC11000 and MC11000SE, and alternated them on the panels of the skirt.

The two designs are actually corner designs but I rotated them to create the border effect.

The skirt is an example of the sort of projects we cover at our monthly Janome Memory Craft Club with Terrill Mays. The club is for owners of all Janome Memory Craft machines.

Club sessions are held at the Joondalup store on the second Monday of the month, and at Balcatta on the second Friday and third Saturday of the month. Details here.
